The words which point out or indicate some noun are called Demonstrative Pronouns.
Examples:
- This is my pen.
- Is that your house?
- These are the children that live in my neighbourhod.
- Those are some fresh fruits.
- Such are the rewards of loyalty.
In the above examples, This, That, These, Those, and Such are demonstrative pronouns as they point out some nouns in their respective sentences.
