Subject: Information about the certificate course in Japanese

Dear Sir/Madam

With reference to your advertisement in the ‘Times of India’ dated 9th April, 20XX, I am writing to ask for information about your Japanese language certificate course. I am especially interested in an intensive course.

I have looked at your website but there is no detailed information about the dates, course duration, working hours and fee structure, for your intensive summer courses. Which are the courses you will be offering in July and August? I would also like to know if you have multicultural groups.

I would be grateful if you could send me this information to abcda@yahoo.xxx.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Yours faithfully
Vishal
