The constitution of India is very important document. It guides the administrators continuously about the legal advice. It provides fo the liberty, equality and fraternity with social eco- political justice and opportunity. The Constitution also guarantees to fundamental right; as well as provides for the fundamental duties. It is our constitution that is helpful in maintaining communal harmony, peace and law and order. The implementation of ‘Democracy’ and ‘Guiding Principles’ is only possible due to Constitution. Therefore, we have to regard the constitution as a ‘Sacred Document’ of India.
