It is mandatory for him to attend the coaching classes arranged by Sports Authority of India, which are being held from 10 September to 10 October 20××. The one month long coaching camp will begin at 8.00 a.m. and continue till 10.00 a.m. and then from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. I do not want him to neglect his studies altogether. But circumstances constrain him.
Keeping in view the reason mentioned above, I request you to grant him permission to attend school two hours late for a month. The grace shown by you will be much appreciated.
