Essay on My Father

It is often said that there are no perfect fathers in the world. However, I do not agree with this statement. For me, my dad is perfect and special, who has taught me to enjoy every moment of our life and be proactive, delightful and diligent. Without doubt, he is a person I deeply admire and look up to.

“The heart of a father is the masterpiece of nature.

His dedication towards his work and his helpful nature inspires me to become better human beings. His personality and attitude is magnificent. It would take a life time to explain every single detail. My dad is my life. I live my life to make him proud. He is my everything.

When listening to him, you can learn some interesting and useful information. My father reads a lot of books. He is interested in the most debatable current issues and always wants to know more. When talking with others, he tries to support his thoughts with facts to be completely objective. He likes to share his experience as well as learn the experiences of people surrounding him.

He provides me what I want and need. He teaches me “the ways” to be a better person and to be a better citizen in life. He speaks of the ways of life that should be the good deeds that shall be done, from right to wrong and life lectures and lessons.

My father is also a believer of holistic living. He takes utmost care of his physical health by eating right, taking proper rest and exercising and teaches us the same. After all, a healthy body breeds a healthy mind.

My father cares about his family and has always been a pillar of support for the family. I appreciate his kindness, love, and belief in me. I wish everyone could have such close relations with their fathers as I have with mine. He has been there for me at every step in life and supported me in all my decisions. He has taught me a lot and continues to shower his words on wisdom.
