Teacher is the yardstick that measures the achievements and aspirations of the nation. A nation is what its teachers are. It is they who prepare the future leaders of a country.
If teachers are well-educated, knowledgeable, hardworking and intellectual and take keen interest in their job, then only success is ensured.
The teachers should set example by being punctual, honest, sincere and upright. Role models are people who set good example by their conduct and by the words they speak.
Teachers should instill strong ethical and moral code of conduct among students and on the other hand teach them about civic and democratic responsibility. They activate the minds of students. They bring to light the hidden and mental powers of students.
A teacher is an engineer of soul. An excellent teacher must have patience and perseverance to become a role model.
